Yes! No! Yes! Maybe! Welcome to the Steel City NFTeams Pod Wives Special aka The Wife-Controlled Pod! In this often discussed possibility for an episode, something that made the regular crew very nervous, Nik and Ace have two special guests who don't take any crap from the hosts - Zoe and Rachel - the wives!
Over the course of about an hour, Zoe and Rachel tee off on various NFTeams topics and put Niki and Ace in their place repeatedly. The girls critique many things during this episode including Asa's driving, pod content and sound quality, successful T1 strategies and Toilet Teaming. They also take issue with the term "wife-controlled team" before playing Over/Under on how many teams the boys own.
Huge shout outs to all the wives, husbands, girlfriends, boyfriends and partners of NFTeamers. We'll also spare a regular sized shout out for Shania Twain, Drake, Justin Bieber, Wayne Gretzky, Kevy, B, Steve and Coo.
Apologies if parts of this pod feel a tad disjointed. We had to start/stop and even restart this episode four or five times. The wives were not impressed. Their judgement was punishment enough.
